Special Adviser to the Governor of Delta State on Rural and Community Development, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Okoro, PhD has advised political appointees to be more interactive as  grassroot politicians in their various communities by way of promoting peace and selling of the  programmes and policies of  His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa led administration to their people. Dr. Okoro, who doubles as Pioneer Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, stated this on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in a meeting with political appointees, appointed to the Office of Rural and Community Development, at the Special Adviser's Office, Cabinet Complex, Cabinet Road, Asaba, Delta State.
