Okoro Mourns, Extols Tim Owhefere
The Special Adviser to the Governor of Delta State on Rural and Community Development, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Okoro, has expressed sadness over the death of Majority Leader and Member representing Isoko North Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Timothy Oghenekome Owhefere.
Hon. Tim Owhefere passed on Wednesday night after a brief illness at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, at the age of 57 years.
In a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Comrade Oku Victory, Hon. Okoro described Tim's death as a huge national loss given his unalloyed dedication, commitment and relentless sacrifices towards the unity, development and stability of Isoko Nation and indeed Delta State.
"On behalf of my family and Office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural & Community Development, I send my heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of Hon Tim; the State House of Assembly and indeed the entire Isoko Nation for this irreparable loss."
