  Member representing Isoko Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representative, Rt. Hon. Leo Okuweh Ogor, on Thursday described the death of the former Majority Leader of the Delta State House of Assembly, Mr Tim Owhefere, as shocking and devastating.  Rt. Hon.
