CHAIRMAN of the Ndokwa Traditional Rulers Council and the Oduosa of Utagba-Ogbe, HRM Obi Isaac Pius, has urged the Delta State Govemment to address the issue of insecurity facing the people of Ndokwa Ethnic Nationality. The monarch, who played host to the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural and Community Development, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Okoro, PhD and his team in his palace, said the Ndokwa people are concerned over the growing situation of insecurity generally in Nigeria and Ndokwa nation in particular.
