The Special Adviser to the Governor of Delta State on Rural and Community Development, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Okoro, has expressed sadness over the death of Majority Leader and Member representing Isoko North Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Timothy Oghenekome Owhefere. Hon. Tim Owhefere passed on Wednesday night after a brief illness at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, at the age of 57 years. Delta State Executive Council (Exco) on Tuesday, approved the construction of thirteen roads across the state and a flyover along Ibusa Road at Koka junction, Asaba.  The Commissioner for Information, Mr Charles Aniagwu, disclosed this during a post-exco briefing in Asaba. He said that the decisions reached at the meeting on the projects and other issues would impact positively on the lives of Deltans.
