By Raw Reporter LAST Saturday, will remain significant for the People's Democratic Party, PDP, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, his former Works Commissioner, Chief James Augoye and Urhobo nation as the Delta State chapter of the PDP held a mega rally that turned out to be a political carnival.  The political rally which was held at the Cenotaph, Asaba, the State capital territory was organised to welcome decampees of the opposition parties in the State including the All Progressive Congress,  APC.
